Wow! Great blog entry! You nailed it! Many companies proclaim that their employees are their most valued resource. The proclamation part is easy but you know you have something special when you can actually “feel” it in the work environment.

That seems so unattainable now, but even dreaming about it makes me sigh with relief that such things do still exist somewhere.
